Rig Innovations Terms & Conditions

Rig Innovation products comes with a limited warranty for a period of one year against defects in material and/or workmanship. Rig Innovations will have no other obligation and will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Rig Innovations makes no implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS for any period beyond the duration of each limited warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by addition to or alteration of the product, accident, abuse or normal wear.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to www.riginnovations.com and all other web pages operated by Rig Innovations Ltd (together the "Site").

The Rig Innovations Site

While we use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Site is always available and that the information contained in the Site is correct and complete, the Site is provided free of charge, and we do not give any warranty as to the availability of the Site, or the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed on it.

Save in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence, and save in respect of the sale of products through the Site, we accept no liability in respect of:

Steady-Rig

Although Rig Innovations have made every effort to locate and source all available makes and models, Rig Innovations at no time guarantees that all single burner stoves and lanterns will fit onto Steady-Rig.

Canisters, stoves and lanterns that do not fit onto Steady-Rig, due to damage or dents which have caused said items to have changed shape is not the responsibility of Rig Innovations Ltd.

Products advertised by us on the Site are at all times offered subject to availability. All customer orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us.

Prices quoted on the Site for products offered for sale by Rig Innovations authorised stockists in the United Kingdom are recommended retail prices only, and the actual price charged by your stockist may vary from these prices.

Prices quoted on the Site for products offered for sale by Rig Innovations directly through the Site are quoted exclusive of postage and packaging, and may vary depending on sales taxes applicable in your home country or state. Before you confirm your order we will notify you of the total price applicable to your order, inclusive of applicable sales taxes and postage and packaging.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the design, text, photographs, graphics and other material appearing on the Site belong to Rig Innovations or its licensors. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

Permission is granted to copy electronically and to print in hard copy portions of the Site to the extent reasonably necessary for your own private, non-commercial use, including placing orders with Rig Innovations. Any other use of materials on the Site, including copying for purposes other than those noted above and any modification, distribution, or republication of any kind without the prior written permission of Rig Innovations is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

At Rig Innovations we are committed to protecting your privacy.

We collect limited information, depending on the use you make of the Site. In particular:

When you order products from us, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you if there is any problem with your order. For some international deliveries this number may be given to our couriers.

We also use the information we collect about users of the Site to help us determine product development and marketing strategies.

Rig Innovations does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to outside parties and will only disclose your information to the extent that we are compelled by law to do so.

Links from the Site

The Site may contain links to other web sites operated by third parties. Rig Innovations cannot and does not take any responsibility for the practices of such web sites as regards personal data, and users are advised to familiarise themselves with the privacy policies of such sites.

Shipping and Handling/Risk of Loss

Product prices do not include shipping and handling. Rig Innovations will use its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of shipment. Risk of loss or damage to Products in transit is yours. In the event of Product damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

Force Majeure

Rig Innovations shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Rig Innovations. Quantities are subject to availability. In the event of shortage, Rig Innovations may allocate sales and deliveries in its sole discretion.

Returns & Refund Policy

'No fault - No quibble' returns within 7 days.

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the item, unused, in its original condition along with full packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery for exchange or a refund.

We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit.

The goods must be in original condition & returned with full packaging including user guide and any other accessories that were originally supplied with the goods. Please remember to send your return by Recorded Delivery. This is for your own security and insurance against items lost in transit.

Credit/Debit card refunds will be made providing we are satisfied that the goods are in an acceptable condition as mentioned above.

Only the cost of the goods will be refunded, you will have to pay the carriage costs unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part where we will arrange for the collection of the goods at our cost.

Return of faulty goods.

If there is a fault with your product (or other defect with your order) you may return the product within 28 days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Please provide a full written reason for the return. This makes it easier to confirm any claim and please remember to send your return by Recorded Delivery from the Post Office or your chosen courier when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit without it.

We will replace the product or refund your money when:

Our promise to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Where item(s) are confirmed to be faulty, we will also pay for your reasonable cost of returning the item(s) for replacement or refund.

Return of faulty products after more than 28 days

All Rig Innovations products carry a twelve-month 'return to base' warranty. Once your product is more that 28 days old (but within the 12 month warranty) we will repair or replace it free of charge, or apply a Credit to your account that can be redeemed against any future purchase. Only the original purchase price excluding any delivery or return costs will be credited to your Credit account. It is solely at the discretion of Rig Innovations as to whether a repair, replacement or Credit is provided.

Again, please provide a full written reason for the return. This makes it easier to confirm any claim.

And remember to send your return by Recorded Delivery from the Post Office or your chosen courier when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit without it.

This does not apply:

If during this period, Rig Innovations is notified of any fault in any product, due to either faulty design or a defect in manufacturing or materials, Rig Innovations will replace or repair the product, depending upon the nature of the fault. Rig Innovations may also, at its own discretion, refund the purchase price of the faulty product.

A copy of the purchase invoice (Proof of Purchase) must accompany any returned product.

Rig Innovations must be notified of the faulty product prior to it being returned to Rig Innovations.

The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed by Rig Innovations.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
